Sprouts has some great produce and meat deals as usual this week. They also have a $10 off any $50 purchase coupon! So be sure to grab an ad on your way into the store. That could definitely be useful if you are looking to stock up on your meat, as that can really add up quickly.

I don’t typically blog about vitamins, but they have quite a few supplements on sale this week. So you may want to mosy on over to those aisles. The reason I mention it is because I picked up a thyroid supplement two weeks ago and it has helped tremendously with my energy level.  I also noticed that the Herb Pharm Anxiety Soother is 20% off, I know I have recommended this to friends with anxiety. So if that is something that you struggle with, you might go grab a bottle and try it out.
